Communication is an important part of the human intent and any effort to improve conversation is beneficial. Most tidy sum think they listen well but don’t and masses usually walk away from a colloquy feeling unheard, misapprehend and disengaged. Good talk is just as important in business, family, and social life. It helps respect friendships vital and even makes a difference in causative relationships where you merely want ease. This book broke down communication into five major divisions. Part One introduces the jejune-Brain Theory of Emotions, it inform how our emotions, thinking and relating abilities work and how what goes on inside us comes pop in the ways we communicate and cloak.
Part two discuss, The Flat Brain Theory it shows us why it is so awkward for us to listen, think, act, or even relate to others when our emotions go on overload. Part three help teach you better list techniques that you can use to be an effective listener. Part quartet and five discuss the Talker-Listener process to deal with group issues and a closing section on learning to become “people in whose presence good things happen. The Flat-Brain Theory of Emotions pictures what’s occurrence inside us when things are going well, and how that changes when they’re not. It helps us to accept ourselves, communicate our concerns and how to listen to others can calm down, think, and act more clearly.
