We as Americans have some freedoms that other countries envy. Those freedoms were bought and stipendiary for with the sacrifices and lives of the men and women in the military. In its effort to try and settle with them, the U.S. government created the Veterans Affairs commonly referred to as the V.A. The V.A. is responsible for many things in regards to a veterans life, least of which is medical c are.
In the past the V.A. hospital has been critically scrutinized and chastised for providing subpar medical treatment, and for the escape of cleanliness in which the medical staffs exist. Recently, the V.A. hospital in Miami came under plunder after several patients became infected with H.I.V. After an internal investigation, it was spy that several procedural protocols were bypassed. The bypassed protocols lead to unsanitary conditions within the operate room, thus resulting in patients becoming contaminated.
The Miami V.A. is located in downtown Miami off of 12th Ave. and 14th.St.. It is by Jackson Memorial hospital and Miami Univ. hospital. At the present time part of the hospital is macrocosm renovated. The hospital is a large building comprised of tan morose concrete, and lots of shiny windows. The hallway floors are green roofing tile and sparkle under the illuminating lights. The building temperature is verging on polar and like most hospitals, it has a funky smell.
