In order for my students to incur the most bug out of my teaching philosophy I would create an atmosphere that leftfield the students able to explore, create, question and learn from various cause and gear up approaches. I would try to organize my classroom in such a way that they felt at home so to speak but with enough visual affects to stimulate their increment curiosity for the things surrounding them each morning. Having a center that verbalised what we would be learning about for each day of the current week I turn over would give the students a prospect of what was to be expected from them and, myself as well. Having a sitting or rug area for a more concentrated and more controlled aspect might work as well for some of my lessons instead of the children being at their desks possibly being more distracted than if they were grouped together.
Encouraging a students natural curiosity and somebody interests is both rewarding and challenge at the same time because of the many different individual student learning styles, abilities and disabilities each of my students possesses.
Classroom motivation entrust be expressed finished many different authoritative avenues that will be geared toward each students motivational needs. For some students a word of encouragement through certificates of good skills shown, others rewards that are in the form of prizes, free grooming pass etc. Aiding in the process of motivation will be encouraging my students self -worth and good self-esteem as individuals and as a group.
