First off I would pick the four employees I felt fit for the duty at hand. Then I would allocate the job assignments according to the best qualified. I would recommend a functional project due to the fact it is in a hospital and the employees are qualified and trained for specific duties in and around the hospital. Allocating each of my employees specific qualifications for each job assignments would be detrimental in executing and completing the project at hand.
