Personal Statement

This past year Ive learned a major(ip) lesson. There be things you want to do and there are things you ware to do. You are not always guaranteed the option to choose. some periods you have to give up the things you want to do in order to do the things you have to do. On June 9, 2010 I didnt know it; I would slowly but surely live on to learn this lesson. My baby sister Kourtney was born. On m either cause I felt as though I was world punished for being a teenage mother and Ive never even had any children. There was one precise occasion when I finally learned this lesson.
One twenty-four hour period this past summer I was supposed to go to this caller. It was a society EVERYBODY was talking about so therefore I really wanted to go. My mommy had already given me license and everything. I had been hearing my one- year old sister Kourtney. The party was scheduled to start at eight that night so I started getting ready around five-thirty. I took a shower first. When I got out I was blasting my practice of medicine trying to get hype for the party. I was taking my time getting ready as I always do so I dont arrive too early to any function. Seven oclock rolled around and I finally started getting dressed. I had on a cutting one shouldered dress and hot pink pumps. My define up was on point too.



My date called me and told me he was on his way at about seven forty-five. Five proceedings later I got a call from my mommy aphorism Im sorry LauRen I know I told you that you could go to the party but Im stuck out in VA. Youre going to have to sit this one out and keep watching Kourtney. Im so sorry. I was asking my mom was there anybody else who could come watch her, but for every person I named there was a NO that followed right after. I cried for about fifteen minutes because it just wasnt fair! I had been anticipating this party for ii whole weeks.
