Introduction
As youll see, Panera Breads success gouge be explained in two words: po putioning and execution. Paneras root go back to 1981, when it was founded under the name of Au Bon discommode Co. and consisted of three Au Bon Pain bakery-cafés and one cooky store. Ron Shaich and his colleagues decided in order for their new imaging to be given the attention it needed, they completely sold their other businesses in order to focus on Paneras success.
