Working with difficult customers always seems to have its ups and downs. While in postgraduate school, I worked at the local park mold as a life ring and a smash for the fitness midway. The typical regular customer came in, competency study how you were doing, and went on with their business. Then theres the regulars that pick out in who might give you a little trouble. And then theres the few customers that wholly the employees seem to know. Towards the closure of my senior year in high school, I would come to find out that Mr. Howard wasnt as heavy(p) of a bozo we all thought. Mr. Howard was regular who came into the fitness center unaccompanied to travel laps. He was an add up height and average build ridicule around his mid 50s. Working as a lifeguard and cashier, I got both locations of the irritation. The pool unappealing for its lap drift hours unremarkably at 10:30 at night. just more or less customers were out of the pool about five minutes earl ier and then sat in the white-hot tub. Mr. Howard always pushed it. At 10:30 I would get out of my chair, and hear to let him know we were closing. As he swam up to the side of the pool, Id try to get his attention. Mr. Howa. and hed go back to the other side. This usually lasted another three or four laps. Afterwards, even later being closed, hed always go sit in the hot tub until I was on my way out the door.
