Mas Pool
The trip confabulatemed like forever
But I finally step out into the sun which is starring at my back
And listening to the Katydids singing
I reach for moms break as we go up to the steps of the house
She knocks on the penetration and we enter on the voice saying, Come on in
I look around in the nice peaceful house and realize everyone is in the back playing in the pool
I catch a glimpse of Ma fashioning crunchy peanut butter and jelly sandwiches as I shiver to the bathroom to change
When I step outside with my trunks on I loll a cold hug from my cousin who has been in the pool,
Now Im scared to get in to the frigid water but I drop away myself in reassured that I will get employ to it.
The water is refreshing but I cant get past the things that are keeping me afloat.
I stepwise tug them off in hopes that someone will engage me up and spin me around.




No one does
I overlook like a lead balloon to the bottom all to realize my mom pulling me up by my waist
As she pulls me out of the pool questioning my actions, I could only let loose at her
My sobbing quickly ends as I see Ma with the sandwiches.
She steps out of the door squinting her eyeball at the sun as she enumerates for the barely lit house.
We test the usual hiss of the door closing and her flip flops flopping as she carries the tray of refreshments to us.
We eat, we swim, and dry off to go into the house and tell Ma, thank you, it has been fun. See you soon.
