terpsichore is a series of movements and steps that march the upper berth and rhythm of much. The lights dim, the orchestra begins to warm up, the rustling of paper can be heard, and then the curtain rises. The setance begins with an overture, a prelude to what will happen.
Ever since I was three, I would put glitter on my face and run around the house popping and locking. Dance is and has unendingly been my passion and Hip Hop my form.
When I was ogdoad and my guru, applied the make-up on my face, tied my hair in a braid, I became quiet and pensive. I closed my eye and realized how much move has been an unwavering source of confidence, force in my life, and about the group which has always been an inspiration the Jabbawockeez the dance guys with the white masks who wear those in smart set to encourage audiences to charge on their movements as a group instead of on individual dancers.
If youve been watching MTV, you have probably seen an episode or two of Randy Jacksons Americas Best Dance Crew & angstrom; one team has been mesmerizing dance and non-dance fans all over the world and especially me: The Jabbawockeez- an all-male hip hop crew from San Diego, atomic number 20 .But it is not the austere white masks and mysterious white gloves the performers always wear onstage that make it so unusual.



Nor is it the strange name, which is derived from that of the deed of conveyance character, a dragon like creature, in the Lewis Carroll poem Jabberwocky. What makes Jabbawockeez a truly rare dance troupe and the one which I love the most are the communal sensibility and the cooperative practices that drive everything about how the group is run and how its work is created and presented. 
They say, The motif of the mask is to remove all ethnic and social barriers when we perform. And these are the beliefs which make this group not only my preferred but people of all walks of life and ages, from elder professionals to the young, urban hip-hoppers adore them.
