Responding to financial market risk they want to create a rectify relation with the customers. To apply this strategy they choose to separate the banking and insurances operations (for the end of 2013).
This separation is the result of the populates vision for the banking sector. To change this vision they arrive at decided to show that the banking service provided by ING can be easier and trustable. They are convicted that in the ripe future people will be more observant to the social responsibility of companies. This is why they have developed an key CSR program.

By looking the ING website we can see that CSR is rattling important. In f tour they are acting in several(predicate) sectors; business, people, community and environment.




As a financial service, ING has a impaction on the economic and social world. They have decided to act in a sustainable strategy and to improve their attribute by creating good externalities. As we saw in the survey the act in different ways :
