COMMUNICATION METHODS
The first method I chose was a newsletter. The advantage of having a newsletter is that it provides some set up for the discourse among employees. The hurt is that the employees may look at it as being non credible. Most employees do not believe everything that is on paper. The second is a memo. The advantage for having a memo is it pile be recorded. The disadvantage can be most employees would bet it is not personal enough. The third method of communications would be meetings. Both employees and managers can attend meetings. The disadvantage would be employees musical note their time was wasted, especially if management has in their mind what they be going to do already. The fourth method I chose would be a telephone vociferate.
The advantage of a telephone call is that the message can be clearly relayed and not misconstrued. The disadvantage of a telephone call would be the person on the receiving end can be consumed and busy and not ascertain the message clearly. The fifth method would be appear to suit communication. The advantage can be that you leave behind understand by the persons facial expressions and body movements are seen. The disadvantage is that it can be confusing.
The most appropriate form of communication in scenario 1 would be face to face communication. The employee give be able to see my facial expressions and I entrust be able to see theirs. Nonverbal communication will be evident also in the employee and myself.
