Plan for Positive Influence LDR/531 December 23, 2010 Defining the Plan The almost serious part of developing a plan is having an lowstanding of the limit; a plan is defining a specific figure or defining a purpose. The plan that we will be designing in the following paper will be a plan for positive influence. The purpose of this plan is to development the motivation, satisfaction, and performance of my learning police squad. The first step to doing this is to understand the team members that we will be applying this plan to. Personality Profiles Below is a chart that outlines the comparison of separately team members results on the respective assessments that we were asked to complete [ (Robbins, 2007) ]. As you can obtain from the results above there are about levels where the members were diverse and some areas where the members were very similar. The DISC assessment which measures the styles of the members shows a good aggroup balance, there was at least 1 person from each of the substyles including Dominace, Interactive, Steadiness, and Cautious. I think that having such a diverse lump of styles can really be advantageous to the group because it allows to abstemious assigning tasks based on strengths.

The dominance Ds personalities, Greg and Jacqueline, gibe to the DISC assessment are motivated by accomplishing large and better goals. As producers they prefer to be involved in a project from the beginning through completion. This personality is most valued in situations where an efficient, dependable, or incrementally improving rate of product is desired. By this definition both Greg and Jacqueline would be very beneficial to the group as project managers who could assist the group with staying on point for the assigned task. There were two personalities that fell under the cautious substyle Jodie being a Ci and David being a Cd, referred to respectively as the Assessor and the Master-Mind.
